Data we use
Your account stores a name or nickname, email, a securely hashed password, preferences, custom decks, favorites, game history and sign-in sessions. Use agreed nicknames for players and avoid sensitive information in decks. Technical logs record request time, path, IP and browser information for security and troubleshooting.
Purpose
We use data to provide requested account and game features, fulfill subscriptions, provide support, protect the service and comply with applicable obligations. Verification, recovery and subscription emails are transactional. We do not send marketing newsletters.
Storage and providers
The primary account database is hosted in Russia. Connections use TLS and access is restricted. Backups are encrypted before transfer to Cloudflare R2; the decryption key remains off-server. Cloudflare provides DNS and transactional/support email and processes the necessary recipient addresses, email content and technical data, potentially outside Russia. YooKassa processes payment and receipt details. We retain payment references, statuses, a masked card description and a saved-method identifier, never full card details or CVC.
Cookies and browser storage
An essential secure cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage holds an unfinished game and the free offline collection. This version uses no advertising cookies, third-party analytics or behavioral tracking. Clear browser site data and remove downloaded files to erase local copies.
Retention and your choices
Account data remains while your account exists. Settings offers export and deletion, removing your profile, decks, favorites and history from the working database and ending sessions. Minimum payment records may remain for accounting and disputes; the payment provider has its own retention rules. Encrypted backups expire within 180 days. Verification and recovery links expire after one hour. Contact support@partypebble.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
Local installation
In local mode the database stays on your computer and test messages appear in its local mailbox. This mode is for a trusted personal device and is disabled on the public website.
